My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering an inclusive, equitable, and dynamic learning environment, to create a safe and positive learning community in my classrooms. Every semester, I hope that students walk out of my classroom not only having learned something new about communication, but also feeling more empowered to become active communicators, respective colleagues, and engaged citizens beyond the classroom.
I believe teaching is a transformative process for both me and my students. I highly value feedback and am committed to iteratively refining and adapting my teaching practices.
